Sudi Wandabusi, holding an LLB from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, is a seasoned Advocate specializing in Intellectual Property, Telecommunication, Media & Technology (TMT), Sports law, Cyber Security, Privacy, and Data Protection.

With a background as a consultant in Intellectual Property, entrepreneurship, legislative drafting, and policy formulation, Sudi has contributed to the development of policies and Bills for several Counties, including Nairobi, Bungoma, and Narok. His expertise also extends to training Nairobi County Assembly Committees in policy making and legislative drafting. Previously serving as a Trade Marks examiner at the Kenya Industrial Property Institute, Sudi actively participated in international Intellectual Property workshops.

He played a key role in the Madrid Working Group for Legal Development of Madrid International Trademark System in Geneva, Switzerland, and was part of the expert team involved in drafting the East African Community Anti-Counterfeit Act and various East African Community Intellectual Property Laws. In 2011, he showcased his knowledge through regular contributions to the Kenyan Daily Newspaper, The Standard, covering diverse topics such as political commentaries, law, and Intellectual Property.
